How do advisory hours work?
Advisory hours connect your team with our experienced consultants for architecture reviews, strategy mapping, policy drafts, or technical alignment. You can log sessions through the app, debited in 30-minute increments.
Do unused advisory hours roll over?
Included advisory hours are valid for 12 months from your subscription renewal date. Unused hours do not roll over or convert to credit at the end of the year.
What is the difference between Live and Async hours?
Live hours are used for video calls, workshops, or real-time review sessions. Async hours are used when an advisor reviews your strategy, code, policies, or contracts in Slack, Email, or Google Docs without a scheduled call.
How does the Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration work?
ATLAS is built to securely expose context to personal AI agents (like Claude). The read-only MCP lets your agent inspect active SaaS assets or policies. The write-back capability (Growth+) allows agents to draft resolutions or log assets directly, subject to authorization policies.
Can we buy additional advisory hours?
Yes. If you exceed your monthly included hours, you can buy top-up packages starting at $150/hour, or upgrade to a dedicated Module Sprint or Fractional CTO/CIO consulting package.
Is there a setup fee or lock-in contract?
No setup fees apply. Monthly contracts can be canceled or downgraded at any time. Annual contracts offer a 15% discount and are billed up-front.
What is your refund policy?
Monthly plans: cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds, no further charges. Annual plans: full refund if canceled within 14 days of purchase; non-refundable after that, though you keep access through the end of the paid term. Advisory hour top-ups are non-refundable once purchased. See our Terms of Service for full details.
